I am still losing weight on this thing and absolutely loving it! I am also figuring that no one wants to read my food diary. However, I was very interested in blogs that told how and what people did when the initial 20 days were up so I want to continue writing. I have now been on synthroid for something like 45 days and I’ve been without gluten for almost 2 weeks. I think a lot of the inflammation has been going down and I feel that my mood swings have decreased a lot too! I feel that I am finally in control of my emotions…at least as much as a woman can be :D. That really means a lot to me. Gaining control of my health was the whole point of starting this diet. My parents also claim that my mastocytosis is receeding. Honestly, I rarely even notice it so I can’t say there’s a huge difference, but I feel much better. I’ve been having sugar cravings though lately. It’s kind of come out of no where so I’ve been making sure to take my probiotics.

But I’ve still been taking pictures of my meals so I’ll share that. Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai (with chicken instead of tofu and sriracha instead of fish sauce) and Carrot and Beet salad. Today was a test of peanuts. Lunch was the Kale, chickpea and goat cheese salad which I would highly recommend and butternut squash soup.
